The Experimental Parasitology Research Group
The Experimental Parasitology Research Group operates within the Laboratory of Molecular Parasitology at the Scientific Center of Zoology and Hydroecology, NAS RA. The group focuses on host–parasite interactions at cellular and tissue levels using molecular, histological, and immunological approaches. Special emphasis is placed on vaccine development and evaluation of antiparasitic activity of natural and synthetic compounds through integrated in silico, in vitro, and in vivo methods. The group conducts multidisciplinary research in parasitology and immunopathogenesis, maintains collaborations with national and international partners, and plays an active role in training undergraduate and graduate students.
