Research interests | Ecology of freshwater phytoplankton, identification of ROS and their consequences, research on the development of cyanobacteria, eutrophication of lentic and lotic ecosystems, biodiversity of algae, water quality indicators, in situ, ex situ, in vitro microalgae studies assessment of the impact of cyanobacteria on the limnosystem and hydrobionts of Lake Sevan, distribution in various water ecosystems, Analysis of multi-year and modern phytoplankton monitoring data that will be used to create an ecological model of Lake Sevan. |
